Yep....I Weighed In


So.....this happened this morning:

 
220 Days is A LOT of dang days to stick to something......but I've done it & I'm not stopping now!


Y'all tired of hearing me say this yet?

I weighed in & have met, no actually exceeded my weight loss goal!

Well, I'm tired of saying it!

You're probably thinking: girl, you're crazy! {BTW...the answer is yes}

I'm tired of saying it because I'm now in the mentality of, oh I've lost down to my goal so I can eat whatever I want. So I'll eat like I want & then do a sneak peak weigh-in on Saturday or Sunday & I will have gone up some.

Now, this meal right here:
every once in a while is not bad.....but I didn't just stop at eating what was on my plate. I kept eating & kept eating & kept eating.

So I focused again & by Wednesday, I'm back where my goal was.

Did ya catch that? Where my goal WAS.

I decided to drop my goal just a smidge. And I still need to do better with my shaping it up!


Do you remember that #6pack March Ab Challenge I mentioned I was doing this month?

 
This stuff was HARD this morning!!!!! But I can't believe I can actually do all that!!!!
 
 
Do you remember the smoothies I was having issues with last week?

 
Well, at our local Wal-Mart I found a frozen berry fruit mix with strawberries, pineapple, banana, peaches, & maybe one other fruit. I love this as the flavor. Still mixing in the Sprite Zero & it's only 70 calories when doing 1 cup of the frozen fruit. And, since the fruit is frozen, I can cut out putting in the ice & use my single smoothie mixer instead of breaking out the big blender for one drink.
